She holds a Doctorate in Professional Studies, Masters in Gender and Human Rights, and a Bachelors in Human Services. With a proven track record throughout her diverse roles, such as: Operations Strategist, Business Cultivator, Human Resources Implementation Specialist, Client Relationship Manager, and Budget Manager, Dr. Williams skills consistently demonstrate an unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation.
 
Her dedication extends to developing training programs, mentorship initiatives, and ensuring efficient employee engagement. She also excels in building and leading cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability while consistently exceeding performance goals.  Beyond her corporate achievements, Dr. Williams extends her impact to personal development as an Interfaith Life Coach, Thought Leader Specialist, and Public Speaker. Through a leadership approach, she guides clients on their spiritual journeys, fostering self-awareness and personal growth. 

She serves as a pivotal board member, Dean of Chaplaincy and Advisory at Harbor Heritage University, contributing to its strategic program direction and governance. Within Lions Club International, she is the 1st Vice President of the Federation of International Gender Human Rights (FIGHR) Chapter, leading humanitarian efforts in Harlem, New York. Also, as an International Interfaith Chaplain for FIGHR, Dr. Williams provides spiritual guidance to individuals of various faiths, fostering unity and understanding worldwide. As an active member of the United Nations Women's Guild, emphasizing her commitment to gender equality.
